Real Housewives of Vancouver’s Fate to be Announced This Month

It was announced back in June that the Real Housewives of Vancouver show would be taking a break after it’s second season. Rumors instantly began swirling about the reason, with the most persistent assumptions being that certain cast members refused to film together, Jody Claman’s bullying of Mary Zilba became too much for the audience to bare (remember this petition to boot her off the show?) , and the possibility of ditching Vancouver altogether to film in a new city. An interview with Ronnie Negus cleared up many of those rumors (remember, the lack of a reunion show for season 2 may have been due to possible budget restraints).

According to season 2’s Amanda Hansen, “it’s not over till it’s over! Jan[uary] is when we find out if it’s not renewed”.

Do you hope to see Real Housewives of Vancouver renewed for a 3rd season?

Only if Jody, Ronnie, Mary and Amanda get kicked off!!

I’d also like to see them film in a new city, but hope it’s not one or the other. I think Canada can handle two housewives shows.

Let’s hope they don’t get renewed with the current line up. Jody simply can not be given air time, I don’t think it’s a healthy thing for Ronnie to be put in. So providing they go I will watch a 3rd season.

Completely agree. I’d love to see a new cast. Unlike America, Canadians don’t have many reality shows to enjoy so I would love for it to stay!
